Send keydates information for the 2004/2005 academic year to Monkton Combe Computing Service as soon as possible, and not later than the end of June for publication in mid-July. Dates submitted by 14th August will be published in early September. Dates submitted by the end of September will be published in October.
Information you may wish to include
Term dates, Open Days, Taster Days, Half Term dates and other breaks, Entrance Exam application closing dates, Exam dates, Special Occasions. Provisional dates may be given for more than one year ahead.
Please give both start and end dates for terms and breaks.
Dates must be submitted in a standard format.
Preferably, submit the data by email to dates@bewick.org or on disc (Acorn or PC disc format).
Type the data with a wordprocessor, and store it as an ASCII (plain text) file (eg Save As Text Only option in Word).
The name of the file must be your four-digit ISC reference number, followed by "K" (eg 0125K.txt).
Please do NOT send us the information as a school calendar, brochure, etc.
Charges
The charge for up to 25 dates is £25 for 2004/2005 if the data FOR THE WHOLE ACADEMIC YEAR is sent as a text file on disc or by email in the format described above. Each extra date above 25 is charged at £1.
